Q How do I pay for my goods?


A You can pay online at our website www.unicorngallery.co.uk via paypal or by sending us a Postal Order, Bankers Draft or Personal cheque (made payable to ‘Unicorn Gallery’) to: Unicorn Gallery, PO Box 685, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 9AA, United Kingdom. All cheques must be payable in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK Bank. By prior arrangement we can accept payment via bank transfers for overseas orders if preferred. Q When will I be charged for my items?

A This will depend upon your method of payment. DELIVERY

Q Can I specify a time and date for delivery?

A Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our courier company delivers between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be arranged at extra cost. Q What happens in the event that I am out when the courier company attempts to make delivery?

A All of our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is therefore recommended that you provide us with a confirmed delivery address where someone will present to sign for your parcel. This can be your place of work for example or else a neighbour, friend or relative living nearby. If there is no one available to sign for the goods then the courier company will leave a card to say they have attempted to make a delivery. The card should also provide contact details so that you can make arrangements for another delivery or, alternatively, to collect the goods from the courier company’s local depot. Generally speaking, two attempts will be made to deliver your goods after which time they will be returned to us. RETURNS

Q If for any reason I need to return my goods then how should I arrange delivery?

A For full details concerning any issue relating to returns please refer to our Returns Policy http://www.unicorngallery.co.uk/term_and_condition.php Please note that any returns must be despatched to us within 14 days of receipt.

Q I got an error message when I clicked on the 'Confirm’ button at the Checkout?

A The final stage of the checkout process is at the Checkout page where you have to click the grey 'Confirm' button to finally submit your order. If you receive an error message after pressing 'Confirm’ it may be possible that your order has still been submitted. Therefore, please do not place your order a second time as this may result in it being duplicated. If in any doubt whatsoever then please contact info@unicorngallery.co.uk or call our customer services department on 020 8133 5811 (for overseas callers please dial +44 (0) 20 8133 5811) to check whether your order has been placed successfully or not. If it has then we will supply you with your unique order number. If your order was not placed successfully then please try again as our website may have experienced a brief downtime which could have coincided with you placing your order.

GENERAL ISSUES

Q What do I do if in case that I have forgotten my password?

A If you forget your password don’t panic. Simply go to the sign-in page http://www.unicorngallery.co.uk/customer_login.php and click the 'Forgot your password' link whereupon you will need to enter the e-mail address you have registered with on our site. Following this a new password will be sent to that e-mail address enabling you to logon. Once logged on you can reset the password to one of your own choosing. In case that your password reminder e-mail does not arrive please check your junk mail folders and put ‘unicorngallery.co.uk’ into your safe senders list. If your password cannot be found in your junk mail folder then it may have been returned to us for a number of possible external e-mail server issues or it may simply be that the e-mail address you registered with us is no longer current.
